Guests are welcome to check in starting from 2:00 PM (14:00).
Check-out Time:
Guests are required to check out by 11:00 AM (11:00) on the day of their departure.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of 3000 Php is mandatory and will be gathered upon your check-in. This deposit will be fully reimbursed, provided that no extra charges are accrued throughout your stay.
Early Check-in:
Early check-in requests are subject to availability. If you plan to arrive before 2:00 PM, we recommend contacting the villa management in advance to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in. Additional charges may apply for early check-in, depending on availability and room readiness.
Late Check-out:
Late check-out requests are subject to availability. If you wish to check out later than the designated time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-out requests may incur additional charges based on the duration of the extension.
Please note that the check-in and check-out times are set to ensure that we have enough time to clean and prepare the rooms for arriving guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

However, there may be circumstances where we reserve the right to refuse accommodation to certain individuals or groups. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our guests, staff, and property. We kindly request that you review the following guidelines:
Non-Discrimination: Casas Del Sol is committed to equal treatment and does not discriminate against any individual or group based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status as outlined by applicable laws.
Disruptive Behavior: Guests who engage in behavior that is disruptive, threatening, or causes discomfort to other guests, staff, or the general atmosphere of the villa may be refused accommodation. This includes but is not limited to excessive noise, harassment, intoxication, or any form of illegal activity.
Non-Compliance with Villa Management Policies: Guests who repeatedly violate the villa management's policies or fail to adhere to reasonable requests made by the villa staff may be refused accommodation. This includes failure to pay for services, exceeding maximum occupancy limits, smoking in designated non-smoking areas, or damaging the villa property.
Safety and Security Concerns: If there are reasonable grounds to believe that accommodating a guest poses a risk to the safety and security of other guests, staff, or the villa property, the villa management reserves the right to refuse accommodation. This may include situations involving threats, violence, or any illegal activities.
Failure to Provide Identification: In compliance with local laws and regulations, guests may be required to provide valid identification upon check-in. Failure to present acceptable identification may result in the refusal of accommodation.
Incomplete or False Reservations: Guests who make reservations with incomplete or false information, including credit card details, may be refused accommodation. The villa management reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the reservation details provided.
Force Majeure Events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other events beyond our control, the villa may be unable to accommodate guests as planned. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or modify reservations to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
Manager's Discretion: The villa manager has the final authority to refuse accommodation to any guest or group that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or presents any other valid reason for refusal, even if not explicitly mentioned herein.
It is important to note that the decision to refuse accommodation will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

In order to safeguard the health and well-being of our esteemed guests and prevent the spread of viruses, infections,
and contaminants, we are committed to promoting a culture of health and safety.
Shower before entering the pool: This helps to keep the water clean and free from bacteria or other contaminants.
Do not leave children unattended/unsupervised: Children are always at high risk of drowning.
Do not use the pool when intoxicated/drunk: Impaired judgment and decreased coordination may result in drowning or serious injury.
No running: Running on wet pool decks can be dangerous and may result in slips, falls, and injuries.
No diving: Diving in our pools may result in serious injury.
No glass containers: Glass containers are not allowed near the pool as broken glass can pose a serious safety hazard.
No food or drink in the pool: Eating or drinking in the pool can introduce contaminants into the water and create a potential health hazard.
No rough play: Horseplay or other rough activities can lead to injuries, especially in crowded pools.
No smoking/e-cig/vape: Smoking is not allowed in the pool and its immediate surrounding area as it can be a fire/electrical hazard and secondhand smoke can be harmful to others.
No pets: Animals are generally not allowed in pool areas due to health and safety concerns.
Liwliwa Beach, a publicly managed coastal area overseen by the local government, has implemented updated guidelines starting in 2024. These measures aim to prioritize the safety and security of visitors while also safeguarding the beach and its surrounding environment.
At Casas Del Sol, we adore pets and warmly welcome them 🐾! However, please be aware that a ₱1,500 cleaning fee will be charged if they have any accidents (pee or soil) in the room.
To maintain our pool's pristine condition, we kindly ask that pets refrain from swimming, as their fur can clog up our filtration system. If this occurs, there will be a ₱3,000 fine.
We kindly request that pets wear diapers at all times, are not permitted within the pool area and any damages/injuries caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.

Air Conditioning:
To conserve energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we request that guests turn off the air conditioning when leaving their rooms. We recommend setting the thermostat to a moderate temperature (around 23-25 degrees Celsius) to maintain a comfortable environment while minimizing energy use.
Water Conservation:
We encourage guests to be mindful of their water usage. Please report any leaks or dripping faucets to our in-house staff immediately. Consider taking shorter showers and turning off the tap while brushing your teeth or lathering in the shower. Every drop counts!
Trash Disposal:
Please help us separate waste by using the designated recycling bins provided in your room and public areas. If you are unsure about proper disposal, our staff will be happy to assist you. We also encourage you to minimize waste by avoiding single-use items whenever possible.
Lighting:
To conserve energy, please turn off lights when you leave your room or when natural light is sufficient. We have implemented energy-efficient lighting throughout the villa to reduce our electricity consumption.

We at Casas Del Sol have a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy.
Once you have made a reservation with us, it is considered final and non-cancellable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from coming to the villa, but we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.
If you wish to rebook your reservation at Casas Del Sol, please note that we do not allow rebooking within two weeks prior to your check-in date. This means that any changes to your reservation must be made at least two weeks before your scheduled arrival.
If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We may be able to offer you a credit towards a future stay, depending on the circumstances.
